Inquiries and applications

When online submission is enabled, your contact details, organization information, and message are stored privately for Workforce Nexus using Supabase. Career applications also include the experience information and resume you choose to provide. Resumes are kept in private storage and are available only to authorized administrators after two-step sign-in. We use these details to respond to your inquiry or consider your application. When the form says online submission is unavailable, it does not send your entries.

Resend delivers submission notifications to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. These notifications contain a submission reference and a link to the private inbox, not your resume or the contents of your submission. Direct email correspondence remains in Microsoft 365.

Please do not include medical records, government identification numbers, employee-level financial records, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry. Email inquiries sent directly to our contact address are also processed through Microsoft 365.

Calculators and reports

Public tools use the values you enter to prepare calculations and planning materials. Temporary report sections are held in your current browser tab. Download a copy before closing the tab. Downloaded files remain under your control. Any separately available account-saving feature has its own sign-in flow; ordinary tool use does not require an account.

ZIP code lookup

Contact and career forms send the five-digit ZIP code you enter to Zippopotam.us to suggest a state. Other form entries are not included in that lookup. You can correct the selected state manually.

Hosting and submission security

The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. These services may process technical information needed to serve and secure the website. The submission service uses hashed network information to reduce automated abuse and submission references to prevent duplicates. Supabase stores form entries and resumes. Resend processes notification delivery records. Uploaded resumes are not automatically malware-scanned. Please provide only the information necessary for your inquiry or application.

Please identify the relevant inquiry or application without sending additional sensitive documents. Browser downloads and files you have shared elsewhere are not controlled by this website.
